Today is a special day.... not because it is my 28th birthday, I’m not that self centered.

Today marks 10 years of holding a drivers licence for me.

10 years of spent burning countless litres of gasoline and covering thousands of kilometers. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! I look forward to new cars in future years and years more fun with the truck and Fiesta ST.

Lastly, I’ve been very, very lucky to have spent the last 3 years with everyone here. Tons of fun drives, conversations, great photos and many laughs.

Also...today I finally became the owner of a garage, a huge dream come true for me. After 33 long years under the sun, rain and snow, the truck will now rest comfortably.

I will miss our home and community that we’re leaving behind. Langley is the community that my wife and I grew up in. It’s very walkable and green. The path behind our house where I walk Targa is the same path I rode my bike on as a kid. It was also the first place my wife and I lived that wasn’t one of our parent’s places. We were very fortunate to be able to afford something so young (22).

I’ve had tons of fun detailing cars in my driveway and look forward to more cleaning to come at the new place!

Finally, today is Targa’s first birthday! It wasn’t until after we got her that we learned she and I shared a birthday.

I hope your presents show up one day soon.... It shouldn’t take that long to drive a small box 600 miles and cross a border.

It got written off, recovered pretty damaged.

I got $2K more than I paid for it though after 2 years of ownership. I got a good deal on it when I got it so ACV was higher
